How to request deletion of your AeroAmour account and data, confirmed with a one-time link.

Why this page exists

You must be able to delete your AeroAmour account without keeping the app. This page is the official web route, and it works even if you have already uninstalled the app.

How to request deletion

1. Enter the email address your AeroAmour account uses in the form on this page.

2. We send a one-time confirmation link to that address (the link expires in 24 hours and works once).

3. Open the link and confirm. Your request then enters the app's standard account deletion flow — the same one used by the "delete account" option inside the app.

What gets deleted, and what stays

When the deletion flow completes, your profile, photos, matches, messages and verification data are permanently deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except where longer retention is required by law or necessary for ongoing safety or fraud investigations — as set out in our privacy notice. Aggregate analytics counts are not personal and are not affected.

We do not use your data after deletion for any new purpose.

Doing it in the app instead

In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. The result is the same.
