Community Guidelines
The rules of behaviour on AeroAmour, and what happens when they are broken.
The short version
Be real, be 18 or older, treat people as people, and honour consent — on the app, in messages, and in person. Breaking these rules can get content removed and accounts banned.
Age and honesty
- AeroAmour is for adults aged 18 and over only. Age is checked at sign-up and verified in the app.
- Be yourself: no fake profiles, no impersonating anyone, no misrepresenting your age or intentions.
Consent, everywhere
- Consent is explicit, informed and reversible. A match is not consent to anything.
- Unwanted sexual comments, images or advances are prohibited. So is pressuring anyone — in chat or in person.
- Intimate images without consent ("image-based abuse") are banned and may be reported to the police.
Behaviour we prohibit
- Harassment, hate and threats — including abuse based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexuality, disability or nationality.
- Exploitation and solicitation — prostitution, solicitation, trafficking, or any sexual content involving minors (reported to the authorities without exception).
- Scams — romance scams, requests for money, crypto "investments", phishing, or sharing other people's private data.
- Off-platform harm — arranging anything that would put another member at risk.
Photos and verification
Profile photos must show you, must not include nudity, and must not include children. Verification (selfie and ID comparison) happens in the app and is described in the privacy notice.
Reporting and blocking
Every profile and message has report and block actions in two taps. Reports go to human moderators. You can also email hello@aeroamour.com — include as much detail as you can.
Enforcement and appeals
Depending on how serious a breach is, we may warn, restrict, remove content, or ban an account permanently. Serious breaches (including suspected grooming, trafficking or threats of violence) lead to immediate removal and, where relevant, referral to law enforcement. You can appeal any decision by emailing hello@aeroamour.com; appeals are reviewed by a different moderator where possible.
