Safety
Practical advice for meeting people from AeroAmour safely, and how to get help.
Before you meet
- Keep chat in the app until you feel confident. App tools like report and block do not work on WhatsApp or text.
- Consider a video call first — it confirms the person matches their profile.
- Check that the profile is verified in the app.
First meetings
- Meet in a busy public place — a café or bar, not a private address.
- Tell a friend where you are going and when you expect to be back, or share your location live.
- Arrange your own transport both ways. Keep your phone charged.
- Stay in control of your drinks; keep them with you.
- There is no obligation to stay. Leaving early is always allowed.
Money and scams
Never send money, gift cards or crypto to someone you have not met, however good the story is. Never share financial details or one-time passcodes. If an account asks for money, report it immediately.
If something goes wrong
- Emergency (UK): 999. In the EU: 112.
- Report and block in the app — every profile and message supports both.
- If you have been assaulted, you do not need to decide anything alone: tell the police, and preserve messages if you can.
- Email hello@aeroamour.com for anything else; a human reads it.
