These terms govern your use of the website aeroamour.com. The AeroAmour app is governed by its own terms, shown in the app. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
aeroamour.com is operated by Triploop UK Limited (company number 17411973, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA).
Using this website
- You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it.
- You may link to our pages freely; you may not present the site as your own or scrape it in a way that degrades the service.
- The site is directed at people aged 18 and over in the United Kingdom.
Waitlist and emails
Joining the waitlist is voluntary and uses double opt-in: we send one confirmation email, and you are added only if you confirm. Waitlist emails are about the launch of the app; every email includes a way to opt out. Sending more than a reasonable number of requests through the form (or automated submissions) is not permitted.
Store links
Buttons for the App Store and Google Play appear only when the app is available. Those stores are operated by Apple and Google respectively; downloading the app is subject to their terms.
Intellectual property
The AeroAmour name, logo and site content belong to Triploop UK Limited or its licensors. You may view, download and print pages for personal, non-commercial use.
Availability and disclaimers
The site is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Legal information on this site is provided for information; nothing on the site is legal, medical or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Triploop UK Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
